Agnes is a Pilates & Yoga Instructor from New York. She graduated from trauma sensitive and inclusivity focused training in February 2019, and Yin Yoga Teacher Training in August 2019.
Agnes’s philosophy is that movement results in one being able to do everything better no matter their goals. She considers it a great opportunity to share, with those who seek to learn more about their bodies, while developing themselves to become more fit and better for it.
